We know starting something new can be hard, joining a gym can be particularly intimidating. Then throw in learning a bunch of new movements in a group of other people and it can be downright scary. Don't worry! We got you covered, our Foundations program is designed to help you start your fitness journey with a leg up. It consists of three personal training sessions where we take you through all of the foundational movements we use in our workouts. If you don't already have experience doing functional fitness or CrossFit we require that you take our Foundations class to attend our Motus class. However, it is not required for our Function or Bootcamp classes.
